- Deposits: Non-refundable, applied to your final total.
- Late window: 10-minute grace. After 15 minutes, your slot may be released.
- Prep: Clean, product-free, detangled hair. Detangle add-on available if requested in advance.
- Kids: One child per slot; an adult must remain on-site for minors.
